On Feb 19， Bai Fengxiang， secretary of the CPC Ninghe District Committee， and Ma Bo， deputy secretary of the CPC Ninghe District Committee， visited the Ninghe Characteristic Culture Exhibition， which was held in Xiamen Airlines VIP lounge of Tianjin Binhai International Airport．
