The cauliflower has long been one of the most popular vegetables of Chinese people． After 30 years of cultivation， many well－known varieties of cauliflower have been developed domestically， breaking the foreign monopoly on this vegetable．

Founded in 2008， Tianjin Hui’erjia Seeds Industry Technology is a high－tech enterprise integrating scientific research， production， and marketing with cauliflower， broccoli， and radish breeding as its core business． Since its establishment， the company has successfully bred 28 new varieties of broccoli and cauliflower （including pine cauliflower）， among which， 8 varieties have obtained national new variety protection rights， 12 varieties are in the process of application， and 9 new varieties have been registered at the Tianjin Seed Management Station． So far， Hui’erjia’s products can be seen in all provinces， cities and autonomous regions in China． The seeds of new varieties of cauliflower and broccoli have been exported to many countries along the Belt and Road， covering Asia， Africa， Europe and the Americas．
